        Mix/Blend with 12oz of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavor and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favorite milk or milk alternative.
        Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

into your mug.
        2. Pour 12oz hot
water into the mug.

          This meal replacement drink (Chocolate Milkshake) tastes great and is so refreshing to have for breakfast for people on the go. It is very quick and easy to prepare and I feel satisfied after drinking the 350ml each morning. It definitely gets me through to lunch time. My weight is dropping slowly each week so I know I won't gain weight back.
