        Works and delicious

        Ive been taking daily for just over a month now. Ive noticed the biggest change in my skin and nails. My skin is more plump and hydrated and I haven't had a break out in weeks. My nails use to break, bend and peel, now they are strong and the longest theyve been in years. The flavour tastes great, dissolves easily and I like that Im drinking extra water.
