1. How do I sign up for the challenge?

   Simply fill out the sign-up form above to officially join the challenge!

2. I signed up but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

   Check your junk or spam folder in case the confirmation email landed there. If you still can't find it, please contact us at hello.us@thecollagen.co, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. Can I participate without Facebook? / Can I join the challenge without sharing my results on social media?

   Yes! You can take part in the challenge without posting on social media. However, please note that engagement in the Glow Talk community is a factor in the winner selection process.

5. Can I participate if I haven’t made a recent purchase? / Can I use my existing products for the challenge?

   Yes! You’re welcome to use your existing The Collagen Co. products to participate. However, the products must be from The Collagen Co., and their purchase date must be within a deemed realistic time period of the challenge start date. Please email our team at hello.us@thecollagen.co, so that we can verify your entry.

6. Can I take my photos in different locations if I’m traveling?

   Yes, you can! However, try to wear the same outfit in each photo for a clearer comparison of your progress.

7. Do I have to hold up a sign with the date in my photos?

   While it’s not required, we highly recommend it! It’s one of the easiest ways to show a clear timestamp on your Day 1 and Day 28 photos. We’ve made it super simple by providing a digital template you can print out to use when taking photos. You can find it in your Glow Vault.

   As long as the date the photo was taken can be verified (e.g. phone metadata, etc), it’s valid. The Collagen Co. may request proof of the time and date your photos were taken at any point during the challenge.

8. Can I submit my ‘before’ photo before the start date?

   No, all before photos must be taken and submitted on or after 2nd February, 2026, to ensure a fair competition for all participants completing the full 28-day challenge.

9. Can I join the challenge anonymously?

   While signing up for the challenge requires your full name, you can still participate and post anonymously in the Glow Talk community. However, anonymous contributions are not considered when selecting prize winners.

10. Where do I find the meal plan and workouts?

    Once you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email. This includes access to our Glow Vault, where you’ll find everything you need for the challenge, including the meal routine, access to our workouts and even more resources!

11. How do I track my progress and get support?

    You can track your progress in several ways:

    ✅ Weight & Measurements: Monitor changes on the scale and track inches/cm lost
    ✅ Clothing Fit – Notice if your clothes feel looser over time
    ✅ Progress Photos: Take weekly photos in the same outfit and lighting to see visual changes
    ✅ Body Composition & Strength: Use a smart scale or track improvements in workouts and endurance
    ✅ Energy & Mood: Pay attention to how you feel, including sleep quality, stress levels, and cravings
    ✅ Skin, Hair & Nails: Look for improvements in skin clarity, hair health, and nail strength

12. Why am I not seeing any results? 

    Results in the Shake & Glow Challenge will naturally vary from person to person, depending on factors like consistency, progress tracking, lifestyle habits, and genetics. Remember, transformation isn’t just about the scale. Focus on other improvements like body composition, energy, sleep quality, and mood.

13. Do I need Collagen Peptides or Super Beauty Greens as well?

    It depends on your health goals! If you’re looking for additional support for skin, hair, nails, digestion, or gut health, these products make great additions to your routine. Each product is uniquely formulated, and together, they provide a well-rounded approach to beauty and wellness.

14. How do I claim my free Day 28 Completion Reward?

    All before and after full-body photos must be submitted to the Challenge Submission form by 11.59pm 2nd March, 2026. Eligible participants will receive an email after the challenge with instructions on how to claim their completion reward. Please note the completion reward is limited to one per person, colour is randomly allocated, and it is subject to availability while stocks last.

15. How do I know if I’m eligible for prizes?

    As long as you follow the Terms & Conditions, you’ll be eligible to win our prizes!
