        Holy grail

        I’ve been using The Collagen Co Glow Shakes religiously for breakfast and the results speak for themselves. At my heaviest I was 93kg, and I’m now a trim 53kg, which is ideal for my height (5’3” / 164cm).

        This hasn’t just been about “weight loss.” I’ve been able to maintain and build muscle while consistently shedding body fat, which for me has been the gamechanger. The shakes keep me full, give me a genuine morning energy boost, and help me stay consistent, even while juggling full-time work and being a mum to a toddler.

        I have also been weight training and eating a very nutrient dense and well balanced diet in addition.
