      I was skeptical as to whether or not this would work with helping me sleep. It is amazing.

      I didn’t like it with water so I use half water, half milk. One and a half scoops is enough for me otherwise it tastes a little too powdery and is too thick.

      So good!

      I haven't slept this well in years!! I LOVE the Collagen Dream Hot Chocolate! I only use one scoop as I find two scoops to be very strong, but I still sleep beautifully. It tastes delicious, and I've noticed the change in my skin, hair and nails. Could be a coincidence, but I highly doubt it!
