        ‘Mocha Frappe’ 🍫☕️

        My go to: 1 scoop of chocolate, 1 scoop of coffee, 350ml of water & ice! 🤤

        I blitzed mine in the thermi today as I left my shaker cup at work 😭

        Background: I’d been sitting on the fence for a long time and tbh felt a bit skeptical about these shakes but omg, they are AMAZING!

        I’m 42 years old, in perimenopause & am on fortnightly biologics for severe eczema.

        Unfortunately the injections have the same/similar side effects as peri.

        Joint pain, hair loss, weight gain, bloating etc so I’m being hit double whammy!

        I’ll be honest, I am trying to lose weight and the belly bloat but actually started these shakes to try and help with my skin, hair and overall well being. I’ve never been a fan of replacing meals with a shake so I thought I’d start out by having one every arvo, around 2pm. Game changer! I no longer hit three thirty-itis where I want to binge eat and I actually feel full until tea time. One day last week I forgot my shake because we were so busy at work. I came home HANGRY & wanted to eat anything & everything so these really do work. Another thing, I’ve never found a shake that doesn’t leave me bloated, if anything I’m deflating 💨🤣🙊

        Just out of curiosity I got on the scales this morning and I’m down 2.6kg’s in about 3 weeks just by having one of these as my arvo snack. I’ve also been upping my protein, lots of chicken, eggs etc but that’s about it.

        Perfect meal replacement!!

        My favourite breakfast

        I absolutely love the Vanilla Milkshake for breakfast. I add frozen blueberries and blend it up for a delicious breakfast, that I look forward to every day. It always keeps me satisfied until lunch.

      1. Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides are 'normal' collagen proteins that have been broken down into shorter chains of amino acids, making them more easily absorbed by the body.

      2. Yes, our collagen is perfectly safe for both pregnant and nursing mothers. If you do have any specific individual concerns we suggest seeking the advice of your local general practitioner.

      3. We recommend taking 10-15 grams of collagen per day for visible results. Up to 30 grams per day is advised for fast-tracked results.

        However, even 5 grams of collagen per day has been shown to produce beneficial results to an individual's overall health and wellbeing when taken over a sustained period.

      4. No, they do not. The Collagen Co. only uses natural colours, flavours and sweeteners.

      5. 1. Remove the outer lid – Gently lift the metal snap-on lid on top of the can.
        You can do this using the edge of a spoon to carefully pry it open.

        2. Pull the inner seal – Carefully peel the foil seal. You can also use the edge of a spoon or a blunt knife to gently pierce and lift the foil for easier removal.

        3. Store properly after opening – Once opened, reseal the lid tightly to maintain freshness, and store in a cool, dry place.
