        Amaaazing Shakes!

        Late last year I decided I needed to stop putting off looking after myself. I needed to lose some weight. I tried some supermarket shakes but they were not great…. either too sickly sweet or tasted awful. A friend recommended I try the Violet Crumble shake from The Collagen Co, so just before Christmas I placed my first order. It is so creamy and delicious. I’ve also tried the Cookies & Cream and the Vanilla, but Violet Crumble is my favourite so far.

        So far I’ve lost around 5 kilos since starting this journey (I hope to lose up to 10 more) and my skin and nails look really good too. I don’t feel hungry when I’m using the shakes and they have helped me change my eating patterns so that I no longer feel the need for as many sweets or high calorie snacks.

        Violet crumble collagen meal replacement

        I found this product very good as I have tried meal replacements drinks before and never liked the taste. I have only tried the violet crumble one with Glow, but I really like it, a lot! I do find it needs to be mixed with a bar mix or blender, I couldn’t just shake it. It keeps me feeling full too.
