        Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.
        Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

        Collagen Dream

        1. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) into your mug.
        2. Pour 200-250ml hot 
water into the mug.
        3. Mix well until the powder is totally dissolved.
        4. Add a splash of milk or milk alternative for extra creaminess.

        How many serves a day?

          Just like a real strawberry milkshake!

          I have the collagen replacement meals in every flavour but the strawberry milkshake flavour is always on high rotation. While I have mixed the powder into just water, I find that when mixed with half water half skim milk, it produces a thicker, creamier strawberry milkshake that keeps me full and tastes amazing!

          Love these shakes. I have 4 flavours- Banana, Strawberry, Vanilla and Salted Caramel- they are all delicious and really help me to stop overeating. I only replace breakfast at the moment but I have lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks!

          I was practically bullied into buying from The Collagen Co from work mates PURELY because of this flavour!!! And honestly, I have zero regrets! In fact, I've just purchased more! From the first taste to the very last, it'll soothe that desire for a chocolatey delight! This flavour is so beyond reminiscent of an actual violet crumble, they absolutely nailed the flavour! I feel full all day, I feel more focused, and my body is happy now that I'm filling it with something it can use!!!! I won't ever look back, I couldn't be happier to have found a Gluten Free meal replacement shake that tastes this damn good!!
