      How to enjoy it?

      Hydraglow

      Mix 1 sachet with 500–700 mL of chilled water. Add powder first for best mixability. Perfect for workouts, travel, or daily hydration.

      Glow Shake

      Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.

        Vanilla's My Favourite... or Chocolate... or Choc-Mint... :-)

        My husband and I are both using the Collagen Meal Replacement shakes. I'd ordered our first flavours to try right before I had a jaw injury which meant I couldn't eat solid food for a while. The shakes were an absolute life saver for me. They taste so good, I look forward to the next meal and the variety keeps me wanting more. I've just placed our third order of another six, to try some different flavours. I love that there's hardly any sugar, no strange aftertaste, the powder blends well, it stops my cravings and that there are extra health benefits.
