      Mix 1 sachet with 500ā€“700 mL of chilled water. Add powder first for best mixability. Perfect for workouts, travel, or daily hydration.

      Glow Shake

      Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.
