        Add 1 serve to 8-17 oz hot or cold water, fruit or your favorite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unflavored collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.

          I think it's working

          The jury is still out but here I go. I started my GLpL1 journey a year ago. I am still on a baby dose and have lost significant weight using all the other tools to try and change what I have been doing. I also have a family history of hair thinning. I went to see my hair dresser and 4 months six months before sge said she had started using this. Thats all she had changed and her hair was absolutely noticeably thicker. So I thought, why not. I have also had recently started using hair shots. I have continued with both and I honestly feel I have new growth and my hair and nails are in recovery. I by no means have a mane but when I stand under the flourescent lights and look in the mirror wet ir dry it looks better. So stay tuned and I will let you know how it's progressing in the next 6 months. Images the blonde was 4 months ago. I know either aren't great but I feel I have had some progress
