        Add 1 serve to 8-17 oz hot or cold water, fruit or your favorite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unflavored collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.
