        How to enjoy it?
        Add 1 serve to 8-17 oz hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unflavored collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.

        How many serves a day?
        How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

          A lot to love about this Collagen Powder

          I love the flavour, I have it with just water to have the full berry taste & it's also nutritious. I have tried many HNS vitamins & other collagens & I have had the best results from my Collagen Co Mixed Berry. I definitely see a huge improvement on my skin & also my hair. My partner even said to me, he said wow your hair is so shiny & I thought it was looking better but it's lovely when you get a compliment & confirming that it actually is.           First time trying Collagen Co product, still on my first container so haven’t seen a huge difference yet. The unflavoured is great because l put it in my morning black coffee and l wouldn’t even know it’s in there.

          I’ve just finished my first tin of collagen powder, and I can see the difference in my skin, body and energy. At my work, every one is complementing about how I look and my body. I’m nearly 53 years of age. I need to maintain my looks because my surname is Young so I need to look young … just joking.
