Choc Collagen Pancake Tacos

With only a handful of ingredients, including 2 scoops of our chocolate milkshake Glow Shakes for that collagen boost, you're in for a treat that's as nourishing as it is delicious. Top them off with creamy coconut yogurt, a burst of fresh berries, a sprinkle of cacao nibs, and a drizzle of honey for the ultimate morning delight. Gluten Free | NO Added Sugar

Makes 8-10

Ingredients:

2 scoops Chocolate Milkshake Glow Shakes

1/4 cup Gluten Free Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Milk Of Choice

To Serve:

Coconut Yoghurt, Berries, Cacao Nibs & Honey

Method:

  1. Add everything to a large bowl and whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and spray with coconut oil. Spoon 3 tbsp portions into the pan per pancake and flip when it starts to bubble.
  3. Fill each pancake with a few tablespoons of yoghurt, berries and cacao nibs. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
