        Perfect!

        These shakes were the last perfect ingredient for my 8 years overdue post-baby shape-up. 7kg fell off me, went from squeezing into a size 10 to a small 8. I add fresh or frozen raspberries to the vanilla or choc shakes for extra flavour and superfood. All the Glows I've tried taste much better than I would have expected from a meal replacement shake, even mixed with water. Hair, skin and nails loving it too.

      2. Yes, our collagen is perfectly safe for both pregnant and nursing mothers. If you do have any specific individual concerns we suggest seeking the advice of your local general practitioner.

      3. We recommend taking 10-15 grams of collagen per day for visible results. Up to 30 grams per day is advised for fast-tracked results.

        However, even 5 grams of collagen per day has been shown to produce beneficial results to an individual's overall health and wellbeing when taken over a sustained period.

      4. No, they do not. The Collagen Co. only uses natural colours, flavours and sweeteners.

      5. 1. Remove the outer lid – Gently lift the metal snap-on lid on top of the can.
        You can do this using the edge of a spoon to carefully pry it open.

        2. Pull the inner seal – Carefully peel the foil seal. You can also use the edge of a spoon or a blunt knife to gently pierce and lift the foil for easier removal.

        3. Store properly after opening – Once opened, reseal the lid tightly to maintain freshness, and store in a cool, dry place.
