Yes you can! To maximise the benefits of our Glow Shakes as a meal replacement, we recommend replacing two meals per day with the shakes. Many of our challengers find success by having a shake for breakfast and either lunch or dinner, depending on their personal preference and lifestyle.
But if one shake a day works better for your lifestyle, go for it. You'll still see progress; just be mindful to keep your other meals balanced, low-calorie, and nutritious!

Everyone’s journey looks a little different, and that’s completely okay! Weight loss results can vary from person to person due to a range of factors unique to each individual. Many of our challengers see great results when they replace two meals a day and stay consistent. Monitor changes on the scale or measurements, pay attention to how your clothes feel, your energy levels and how you feel in your skin. Those changes are just as real. Stick with it, you might surprise yourself!

Yes! You can take part and complete the challenge without posting on social media. Just keep in mind that engagement in the Glow Talk community is considered in all winner selection processes, so if prizes are on your radar, it's worth joining in!

It’s not required, but we highly recommend it! It’s one of the easiest ways to timestamp your Day 1 and Day 28 photos. We've made it simple with a printable digital template, which you'll find in your Week 1 Key Resources. Your phone's photo metadata works too!
