        Premium Collagen Peptides

        Add 1 serving to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better.

        Glow Shakes

        Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavor and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative. Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

        Collagen Dream

        1. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) 
into your mug.
        2. Pour 200-250ml hot 
water into the mug.
        3. Mix well until the powder is totally dissolved.
