How to enjoy it?
Add 1 serve to 8-17 oz hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unfavored collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.
How many serves a day?
How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

I've been using this product for 6 weeks now and love it!
I have it in either my coffee or juice. It does slightly change consistency of the juice but is unflavoured.
