How to enjoy it?

I've been using this product for 6 weeks now and love it!
I have it in either my coffee or juice. It does slightly change consistency of the juice but is unflavoured.
I initially bought it to strengthen my nails and it has exceeded my expectations! My nails no longer crack or snap when washing up and are the longest they have ever been. My skin is glowing and clearer then normal.
