Ingredients

6 rice cake cakes (or corn thins), crushed

⅓ cup chopped nuts or seeds (we used cashews)

1 sachet Mixed Berry Premium Collagen Peptides

¼ cup tahini or peanut butter

¾ cup chocolate chips, melted

3 strawberries, sliced

Extra 2 tbsp chocolate chips, melted for topping

Flaky sea salt

METHOD

  1. Combine crushed rice cakes, collagen and nuts in a bowl.
  2. Add tahini, melted chocolate and combine.
  3. Spread in a lined dish and top with sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle with the extra chocolate and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours to set then slice up and enjoy!
