High Protein Pizza

High protein pizza (Serves 1)

1 high-protein pizza base

3 tbsp pizza sauce

1 large handful of baby spinach, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, sliced

1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced

4-5 green olives, sliced

40g ham, chopped

1/2 cup mozzarella, grated

Collagen drink:

1 sachet of mixed berry collagen

2 cups water

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the pizza base on a round pizza tray.
  2. Spread with the sauce, then top with spinach, onion, capsicum, olives, ham, and finish with the cheese. Bake for 12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
Slice up the pizza and enjoy!
