Indulge in a guilt-free twist on a classic treat with these healthy collagen S’mores Bars! Packed glow-boosting collagen, they’re a deliciously wholesome way to enjoy ooey-gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers—without the sugar overload.

Ingredients (makes 12 bars):

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla glow shake
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped graham crackers or milk arrowroot biscuits

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, vanilla glow powder, baking powder, maple syrup, and milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, then sprinkle the chopped chocolate, marshmallows, and biscuits on top.
  4. Gently press the toppings into the oat mixture with the back of a spoon to ensure everything sticks together.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bars are cooked through.
  6. Let them cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
