Tuna salad crackers

Looking for a quick and nutritious snack? Try these Tuna Salad Crackers! Enjoy it with a glass of water mixed with a sachet of mixed berry collagen for an extra boost. Perfect for a light lunch or a mid-day snack, this recipe is sure to become a favourite!

Serves 1

Ingredients

95g can tuna in springwater, drained

1/2 cup shredded carrot

1 celery stalk, diced

1 tbsp finely chopped red onion

1 heaped tbsp plain protein yoghurt

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

To serve:

3-4 rye cruskits

1/2 mashed avocado

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1 sachet mixed berry collagen +1 glass of water


Method:

  1. Combine the tuna, shredded carrot, diced celery, chopped red onion, protein yoghurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
  2. Top the cruskits with mashed avocado, cucumber slices, and then the tuna salad.
  3. Add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
