Basil Pesto Avocado Sandwich

This Basil Pesto Avocado Sando is the ultimate feel-good toastie—layered with creamy avo, zingy pesto, and melty goodness on golden Turkish bread. Add Premium Peptides for a nourishing upgrade.
Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)
- 1 Turkish bread roll (~100g)
 - 1 tbsp basil pesto
 - 2 tsp cream cheese
 - ¼ avocado
 - ½ medium tomato, sliced
 - ½ cup rocket
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 
Method:
- 
Assemble the sandwich: Slice the Turkish bread roll in half. Spread one side with basil pesto and the other with cream cheese. Layer on sliced avocado, tomato, and rocket.

Toast it up: spray the outside of the roll with olive oil spray. Place the sandwich in a preheated oven (or sandwich press) and toast at 180°C for 5–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside and warmed through inside.

Slice in half and enjoy warm!
