A nutritious breakfast with an autumn-inspired twist! This Apple Pie Yogurt Bowl is a sweet, satisfying treat that’s ready in minutes. Perfect for a quick, energizing start to your day.
Ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil
1 red or green apple, sliced
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup plain protein yogurt
1 scoop unflavored collagen
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp granola
Method
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over low-medium heat.
- Add the apples in an even layer and dust with cinnamon.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip over and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until the apples become slightly soft.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the collagen and vanilla. Top with the apples and granola.
