Ingredients (serves 4)

Method

  1. Cook the pears – Peel, core, and chop the pears. Boil in water for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
  2. Melt the chocolate – In a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water, melt the dark chocolate on low heat.
  3. Blend – Add the cooked pears, melted chocolate, and collagen to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Set – Pour the mixture into a small cake tin or dish and top with any leftover melted chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve – Dust with cacao powder if desired and enjoy!
